Regarding collection, use, provision to third parties of personal information, and disclosure, correction, and interruption of use of registered information

QualitySoft Corporation (noted as "we" subsequently) may request customers to provide personal information when the customers purchase our products, register for our services, receive our services, or make requests for support. We will handle personal information in accordance with the applicable laws and our company rules on protecting personal information.

Regarding the use of personal information

We may ask you for your personal information and utilize it in the following cases. In each case, we will say explicitly that we need your personal information, and ask you to provide it by your own choice.
In order to provide services, we may acquire customer location information, including the customer’s terminal inventory information and location information acquired in the background.

Please understand that if our staff obtains a business card we will register it as our customer and may send promotions of our products and information of our events or seminars. We have been implementing strict security measures to avoid loss, misuse or alteration of personal information under our control. We keep personal information under a secure environment where ordinary users cannot access.

We may delegate, as part of our business, handling of personal information to companies that we judge as trustworthy and have made nondisclosure agreement with. In this case, clients' personal information is protected based on our principles of protecting personal information.

About confirmation, correction and deletion of registered information

We manage clients' personal information keeping its content as correct and updated as possible. We disclose registered information in case any client asks for it. Please understand that there may be products or services that cannot be provided so far after the registration is deleted, and that we may ask for commission at actual cost.

We accept changes and corrections about Web member services (such as downloading services) at our websites for members' use only.
